Specialized Group is currently looking for a bilingual agency recruiter to transition into a Talent Acqusition Manager to lead recruitment across Japan for our client, a global testing company.

Your Responsibilities

• Focus on executive level hires, supporting 15 sites across Japan. 
• Work directly with Senior Managers & Directors to plan headcount and determine need. 
• Manage the end to end hiring process, use your experience to secure the best talent. 
• Build pipelines and develop the internal recruitment process. 
• Communicate with APAC & Global and act as Japan's represneative for all recruitment

• Fluent Japanese &  English 
• 7+ years of experience agency recruitment 
• Flexible and Adaptable  
• Strong Interpersonal skills 
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
